Award-winning Ghanaian Highlife legend, Daddy Lumba, has finally addressed the long-standing rumors surrounding his alleged poisoning by his wife, Akosua Serwaa. During his 60th birthday celebration at BAY VIEW, Daddy Lumba cleared the air, revealing the truth behind his hospitalization.
Contrary to media reports, Daddy Lumba explained that his wife never poisoned him. Instead, he underwent spinal surgery, which led to his hospitalization years ago.
"Akosua Serwaa never poisoned me, as the media alleged," Daddy Lumba emphasized, putting the rumors to rest.
The veteran musician also expressed heartfelt gratitude to renowned Ghanaian businessman Nana Twum, who generously covered his medical expenses during surgery and recovery.
