Samsung has discreetly rolled out the One UI 6.1 update to the Galaxy S22 series in Korea. This update introduces Galaxy AI features to the flagship phones of 2022. It's likely that a broader release will follow soon.
With the launch of the Galaxy S24 series, featuring various Galaxy AI capabilities, it's no surprise that these features have been making their way to the Galaxy S23 series and other flagship phones through the One UI 6.1 update. Now, it seems the Galaxy S22 series is up next.
Galaxy S22 users in Korea have confirmed the arrival of the One UI 6.1 update, weighing around 3.1GB. The included machine-translated screenshots reveal the incorporation of numerous Galaxy AI features, including Circle to Search, real-time translations during calls, webpage summaries, and interpreter capabilities.
While the screenshots don't mention other features, Samsung has previously announced a significantly enhanced Single Take mode for the Galaxy S22 series. Additionally, there are indications of Instant Slow-Mo, which will likely skip older Galaxy phones.
