Kumasi-based actor Frank Osei, commonly known as Frank Naro, clarified that his foray into music wasn't motivated by the downturn of Ghana's movie industry. Speaking on Property FM, he revealed his longstanding musical inclination since childhood.
He explained, "Even during the peak of the movie industry, I was involved in music, albeit quietly. I collaborated with Kwaku Manu on an album years ago, but due to time constraints, promotional efforts were limited."
Naro continued, "Subsequently, I pursued my solo career and was fortunate to be signed by Guru's NKZ music label for two fruitful years. This opportunity wouldn't have arisen if I lacked talent in music. Therefore, my decision to explore music wasn't solely influenced by the challenges facing the movie industry."
