Rapper Strongman Reflects on Regrets Over Involving Fella Makafui in Medikal Feud
In a recent interview on TV3, rapper Strongman opened up about his regret for dragging Fella Makafui into his lyrical feud with Medikal back in 2019. Despite retaliating because Medikal included his partner Nana Ama in the beef, Strongman admitted disliking that aspect of himself.
He expressed, "I always want the beef to be just me and you. Like right now I just saw Fela and we have to vibe. But when we have to vibe, that means when we are doing beef songs we shouldn't involve, you know."
Clarifying his stance, he added, "I only do replies. So I only reply because Medikal mentioned my wife. Yeah. But deep down I was not happy with it because insulting an innocent girl is not part of it. I didn't like it."
Strongman cautioned fellow rappers against involving rivals' significant others in their beefs, emphasizing his preference for keeping the conflict strictly between the artists involved.
"It's me and you. So you face me and I face you. If we're a man like myself, we face each other and that's all," Strongman asserted.
The feud between Strongman and Medikal, which ensued in 2019, resulted in the release of four songs, namely 'To Whom It May Concern' and 'Last Burial' by Medikal, and 'Don’t Try' and 'Immortal' by Strongman.
